About Katie Mitchell
Katie is a passionate RRCA-certified Run Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach, dedicated to helping runners enhance their performance through personalized 1:1 coaching. Katie’s journey with running began in the police academy in 2005, and she has maintained her love for both running and strength training ever since. With nearly 20 years of experience, she continues to work in her field, guiding clients in running, strength, and nutrition to reach their full potential. We are grateful that she loved Insaltd enough to share it with her community.
I love Insaltd because unlike most of the electrolytes available in the market, they do not Stevia which has an aftertaste I dislike. In addition, they were able to offer a high sodium product that tastes incredible. All flavors are delicious, but my absolute favorite is Grapefruit. It is not overly sweet, and does not give me flavor fatigue throughout long runs.
