I am a high-level athlete, NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, and Guinness World Record holder. With a strong educational background in Kinesiology, I have dedicated my life to various sports, starting as a competitive gymnast, hockey player, and lacrosse player.
