I am a high-level athlete, NASM-certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, and Guinness World Record holder. With a strong educational background in Kinesiology, I have dedicated my life to various sports, starting as a competitive gymnast, hockey player, and lacrosse player. I excelled as a competitive CrossFit athlete for many years and became an Elite Obstacle Course racer. My recent accomplishments include completing a 50-mile overnight ultramarathon. Why do we have such a high concentration of electrolytes in our blend?
