Returns/Refunds

Although all sales are final, we totally stand behind what we sell. Please reach out to us at hydrate@getinsaltd.com and we will do our very best to make it right. We want you to be happy.

Lost shipments will require a carrier claim, but don’t worry—we will take care of that part and send you a replacement once the claim is filed. Defective products are refunded promptly.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and Canada as long as you have a physical address (sorry, no PO Boxes). Your shipment may come by a variety of delivery companies, including; UPS, USPS, Canada Post or even be delivered by Amazon. Tracking numbers are provided with all orders when possible.

We try to process orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

USA Shipping is free on all orders over $60 (before taxes); otherwise, the shipping is $6.99. Canadian Shipping is free for orders over $99 (CAD) otherwise the Canadian shipping is a flat fee of CAD $9.99.
